Nigerian clerk: "I didn't say snake swallowed $100,000"

The exam board affirms that an assistant in Benue State has reprimanded a snake for gulping the missing cash.

The cash should be dispatched to the agency.Fabian Benjamin, a representative of the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board, disclosed to CNN that a staff member admitted to inspectors a snake had "gulped" the missing cash.

"She admitted that she had the cash, kept it in a vault in the workplace yet a snake came and gulped the cash," Benjamin told CNN.

"The staff and others in her classification that are discovered at fault have been suspended and will be given over to suitable specialists," he included.

The agent, recognized as Philomena Chiesche, denied the affirmations, guaranteeing the exam board created the anecdote about the snake.
